Rigid Barrier Crash Tester for Bumper
- Test type: North American regulations, RCAR 40% OFFSET, RCAR/IIHS CTR, POLE
- Crash speed: 4.25-16kph (equipment: Up to 40kph)
- Rail length: 40M (Approx. 53M in total length)

Pendulum Crash Tester for Bumper
- Test performed at: Republic of Korea, Europe, General, North America, China, etc.
- Crash speed: 2.6-4.25kph (equipment: Up to 15kph)
- Requirements: Checks if the requirements for amount of bumper beam intrusion and degree of deflection are met after testing
- Crash point: CTR, 300L RH, CNR (LH/RH); once each

Fuel Door Durability/Stiffness Tester
- Durability test: Taxi (4,000 times), regular (3,000 times)
- Requirements: Checks door closing force, pop-up level, hinge damage, loose door pins, interference and others after testing

Stiffness testing
- 1) Downward Direction - Deformation check after applying 5kgf load
- 2) Opening Direction - Deformation check after applying 3.5kgf load
- Requirements: 1mm or less in permanent deformation

Door Durability/Sagging Tester
- Durability test: Taxi (150,000 times), Republic of Korea/North America/Europe (100,000 times)
- Test speed: 0.5 ± 0.1m/sec
- Requirements: Checks door handle/checker function, connection, sagging and open angle after testing
- Sagging test: Deformation check after applying 49kgf load for 5 minutes
- Requirements: 1mm or less in permanent deformation

Door Strength Tester
- Max. test load: 10ton
- Cylinder operation range: 0-700mm (※ Cylinder diameter: 305mm)
- Test speed: 12.7mm/sec or less (continuous load applied until 460mm)
- Requirements: Required to meet early-/mid-stage average resistance load, max. impact load, measurements and legal requirements

Shipping Endurance/Towing Capacity Tester
- Shipping endurance test: 12,000 times in an LH/RH direction each (1.5Hz)
- Towing capacity test: Horizontal tension/compression (once), LH/RH-directed, 30-degree lateral tension (once) (Chinese specifications: Vertical up-down 5 degrees and LH/RH-directed, 23-degree lateral tension/compression (once))
- Requirements: No permanent deformation or crack in the bumper beam after testing

Complex Endurance Tester
- Horizontal jig: 4 sets (5 ton, 2.5 ton (2 pieces), 1 ton)
- Vertical jig: 1 set (5 ton)
- Stroke: ±75mm (2.5 ton (long): ±150mm)
- Applications: BIW bending/torsional, trailing arm durability, S/ABS HGS durability, trailer hitch towing endurance, sub-frame bolt durability, etc.
